Creative Play with Building Blocks

 

Using Lego bricks, teams engage in problem-solving and collaboration exercises. These activities enhance self-awareness and understanding of diverse leadership styles, including DiSC, LCP, and Spotlight:
 

Lego Chicken Challenge: Teams rely on communication skills to build a design from a diagram, fostering teamwork and problem-solving.

The Tallest Tower: A competitive exercise that encourages creativity and collaboration under time pressure.

 

The Bridge Challenge: Teams create a bridge with Lego bricks, testing communication and strategic planning.

 

These fun, interactive challenges strengthen team dynamics and leadership effectiveness.
